Das vom Beginn des 20. Jhs. stammende Bauernhaus wird für zeitgemäßes Wohnen adaptiert – neben der Wohnnutzung (u.a. Anbau eines Erkers, Wellnessbereich in ehem. Tenne) werden noch vier Pferdeboxen und ein Reit- und Springplatz im Ausmaß von 50 x 25 m errichtet.
