Am Ufer des Traunsees soll die zweigeschossige Sportschule in der regionalen Formensprache eines weiterentwickelten ‚Holzstadels‘ errichtet werden. Neben einem loungeartigen Empfangsbereich mit chilligen Sitzecken, zahlreichen Trainingssälen und einem Massage und Physio-Bereich sind Cross Fit-Training mit Outdoor-Activity-Platz, eine Sauna, ein großzügiger Außen-Nacktbereich mit Erlebnisdusche, sowie eine Roof-top-Sports-Bar zu planen. Eine entsprechende Beleuchtung soll das Gebäude als Architektur der Nacht inszenieren.
